Pork lion: It’s what’s for dinner.

I was actually stumped for a couple of seconds after my mother proclaimed she found a great recipe for pork lion.

-”‘LION’?” I said.  “What do you mean, ‘lion’?”

-”You know, that cut of pork that we like…”

-”……….uummm…hmmm……………..Oh, you mean pork LOIN.”

These little gems keep me going.
